Anatomy

An anatomy injury can encompass a variety of different bodily traumas, including cartilage, muscular, and bone injuries.  The loss of cartilage or function in the knee, for instance, is one common form of painful, debilitating anatomy injury.  Most any traumatic experience, from car accidents to falls from height, can result in anatomy injury so long as the cause of the injury focuses on particular areas of the body.  The torso, arms, knee caps, legs and feet are common sites for anatomy injury.

When an anatomy injury occurs, it is important to question what caused the injury.  If the cause of the injury was not the fault of the injury victim, a personal injury has occurred and "damages" have been suffered.  The victim has the right to be compensated for pain and suffering, medical costs, and lost time away from work and home after the anatomy injury.

If you or a loved one has suffered an injury, illness or death, that seems to have been someone else's fault, call VanDerGinst Law at 1-866-843-7367 or click here for a FREE online case evaluation. The initial consultation is free of charge. If we agree to handle your injury case, we will work on a contingency fee basis, which means we get paid for our services only if, and when, there is a money recovery for you. In many cases a lawsuit must be filed before an applicable expiration date, known as a statute of limitations. So please call right away to ensure that you do not waive your right to possible compensation.
